FEAT KETTLEBELL includes an induction course that is guaranteed to help give you the fundamental techniques for good lifting form. This will enable consistent training by reducing the chance of injury. After completion of the induction course you will be invited to join the regular training group. Alternatively, with the knowledge gained from the induction course, you can grab yourself a kettlebell and train at home knowing your technique is dialled in correctly.
