Monday Morning KB HIIT Session

Service Description

Via zoom we start at 0625, warm up stretch, do a short but energetic kettlebell HIIT session, then have a stretch before starting the week strong! The workouts rotate every 4 weeks to get some progression but also to keep it interesting. Keystone habits are those regular actions that create a domino effect of other good actions. You exercise, then hey why not eat better. You exercise, you may as well get to bed earlier. You get to bed earlier you not only exercise but you're more productive. See! This is why the Monday AM session is, IMHO, the most important of the week - it's an easy to get to keystone habit, with a little bit of discipline. Details of the meeting are emailed upon booking. This session is part of the Optimal Training & Mindset (Bolt On) series that is an additional plan.

Cancellation Policy

Evening fitness hikes - to cancel or reschedule evening fitness hikes please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. Day hikes - to cancel or reschedule day hikes we require 48 hours in advance. Multi day tours - please discuss with staff. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes this depends on how far in advance we have been given notice in relation to our payments to third party suppliers i.e accommodation etc.
