

Monday 9.30 AM KB HIIT Session
Service Description
Via zoom we start at 0900, warm up stretch, do a short but energetic kettlebell HIIT session, then have a stretch before starting the week strong! The workouts rotate every 4 weeks to get some progression but also to keep it interesting. Keystone habits are those regular actions that create a domino effect of other good actions. You exercise, then hey why not eat better. You exercise, you may as well get to bed earlier. You get to bed earlier you not only exercise but you're more productive. See! This is why the Monday AM session is, IMHO, the most important of the week - it's an easy to get to keystone habit, with a little bit of discipline. Details of the meeting are emailed upon booking. This session is part of the Monday Morning KB HIIT SESSION series that is an additional plan.
