Kettlebell based strength and stamina training
Service Description
Group training using kettlebells to help condition and maintain the strongest version of you! We will use both ballistic (i.e the swing) and grind (i.e squat) movements with hiit and bodybuilding formats over an hour to torch fat and increase strength. This program helps to teach the primary six kettlebell movements in a small group to quality tuition. This session is for those confident to mostly self train with their program (or have passed the induction) whilst an induction course is also occasionally happening for newcomers.

Cancellation Policy
Evening fitness hikes - to cancel or reschedule evening fitness hikes please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. Day hikes - to cancel or reschedule day hikes we require 48 hours in advance. Multi day tours - please discuss with staff. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes this depends on how far in advance we have been given notice in relation to our payments to third party suppliers i.e accommodation etc.
