Service Description

Group training using kettlebells to help condition and maintain the strongest version of you! We will use both ballistic (i.e the swing) and grind (i.e squat) movements with a bodybuilding format over an hour to torch fat and increase strength. Kettlebells are an incredible exercise tool when used properly therefore, to attend this class participants are required to undergo the initial six session induction program. This program helps to teach the primary six kettlebell movements in a small group to quality tuition.
