Kettlebell based strength and stamina training

Group training using kettlebells to help condition and maintain the strongest version of you! We will use both ballistic (i.e the swing) and grind (i.e squat) movements with hiit and bodybuilding formats over an hour to torch fat and increase strength. Kettlebells are an incredible exercise tool when used properly therefore, to attend this class participants are required to undergo the initial six session induction program. This program helps to teach the primary six kettlebell movements in a small group to quality tuition.
Evening fitness hikes - to cancel or reschedule evening fitness hikes please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. Day hikes - to cancel or reschedule day hikes we require 48 hours in advance. Multi day tours - please discuss with staff. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes this depends on how far in advance we have been given notice in relation to our payments to third party suppliers i.e accommodation etc.
