Service Description

A foundation course in the art of kettlebell training is a comprehensive program designed to teach individuals the fundamental techniques and principles of kettlebell training. It provides a solid foundation of knowledge and skills for anyone interested in incorporating kettlebell exercises into their fitness routine. The course typically covers the basic kettlebell movements, such as the swing, clean, press, snatch, and Turkish get-up. Participants learn proper form, technique, and safety guidelines for each exercise. You’ll also gain an understanding of how to effectively program and structure kettlebell workouts to achieve specific fitness goals. Overall, a foundation course in the art of kettlebell training equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and effectively incorporate kettlebell exercises into a fitness routine, helping improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall physical fitness. This course will start on Friday 6th September 10AM for six consecutive weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Evening fitness hikes - to cancel or reschedule evening fitness hikes please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. Day hikes - to cancel or reschedule day hikes we require 48 hours in advance. Multi day tours - please discuss with staff. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes this depends on how far in advance we have been given notice in relation to our payments to third party suppliers i.e accommodation etc.
