Service Description

Join FEAT for our Kettlebell Personal best meet, our very own version of a powerlifting meet! Push yourself to the limit with challenging lifts: • Turkish Getups, 1 each side • 100 two-handed swings in ten minutes • Clean and jerk/clean to push press - 5 rep • Goblet Squat - 5 rep • 5 Minute Snatch Test - 100 reps. As a community we will encourage each other to help achieve our personal bests. Don't miss out on this exhilarating opportunity to test your strength and endurance with kettlebells. After the lifting, drinks at the Bull or Whitehorse for a social and celebration of your hard work. Family and partners welcome! Save the date - 23rd June from 11am.

Cancellation Policy

Evening fitness hikes - to cancel or reschedule evening fitness hikes please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. Day hikes - to cancel or reschedule day hikes we require 48 hours in advance. Multi day tours - please discuss with staff. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes this depends on how far in advance we have been given notice in relation to our payments to third party suppliers i.e accommodation etc.
