Push your limits with FEAT’s Ditchling Beacon Fitness Bootcamp. Our workout starts with a brisk walk to warm up as we head towards the South Downs. Then, we take on our very own ‘special path’ to conquer the third highest point of the Downs. It’s a challenging workout, but the view from the top is worth it. We’ll use traditional bodyweight exercises to enhance your conditioning and help you achieve your fitness goals. Join us for an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized. In the lighter months we will be using Kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, sandbags and body weight before hitting the hill! Time: Approx 90 mins. Included: • CIMSPA & MTA recognised coach. • Equipment (summer season conditions) Not Included: Transport or Food Meeting Point: Ditchling recreation ground car park, ditchling village, bn6 8ty. Bring: Water and snacks, appropriate clothing & head torch Meeting Time: 1830.
Evening fitness hikes - to cancel or reschedule evening fitness hikes please give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. Day hikes - to cancel or reschedule day hikes we require 48 hours in advance. Multi day tours - please discuss with staff. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes this depends on how far in advance we have been given notice in relation to our payments to third party suppliers i.e accommodation etc.
