Service Description
This circuit and hill session will utilise a park circuit training session before a brisk yomp to the top of Ditchling Beacon and back. Over the two hours you will cover strength training, conditioning and hiking making for a fantastic all round workout. You'll also burn some serious calories! We will be using Kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, sandbags and body weight before hitting the hill! Bring a banana (or snack), water and sensible outdoor clothes.
